We were founded in 2009 by Mark Davies and David Leen who took a different approach to recruitment and resourcing, and instilled the importance of offering a fantastic service in all of our staff.
They were previously unimpressed with the transactional approach of other resourcers in the industry and so they established an independently owned resourcing company focused on building long-term partnerships, putting client and candidate care at the core of their business coupled with fair fees to their clients.
Since our inception we have worked tirelessly to refine our resource solution and streamline the selection process of our candidates. Our clients include a variety of businesses in the Financial Services, Technology and Life Sciences sectors including the big 4 professional services firms and top 5 banks; that is why we are the resourcer of choice for
a large number of talented and experienced candidates as well as prestigious clients.
We recognise that working within a robust regulatory framework means our clients will have diverse and sometimes complex challenges.
