My name is Shaun Buckley and I manage the Compliance and Risk team at Grovelands. I would like to take this opportunity to briefly discuss the services we provide to our clients, interim associates and permanent professionals within the financial services sector.
Our main focus is to understand our clients’ businesses, the individuals they are made up of and their current needs. We strive to ensure that we provide the same calibre of service to our niche and boutique clients as we do to our largest.
The team provides an associate model for market leading professionals who have set up their own specialist compliance firms. We carry out the functions of search, selection and invoicing which allows them to scale up their operation and provide a much wider array of services, whilst allowing them to continue doing what they do best in their own specialist field.
We work with professionals at all stages of their careers, from experienced graduates through to those holding controlled function positions.
