The Grovelands PPI team has recently noticed a shift in client requirements, and has reacted by setting up a Specialist Delivery Team.
Since Grovelands was founded in 2009, we have strived to provide high calibre PPI contractors for our Big 5 banking clients. Integral to our success has been our ability to listen to the market and our clients’ needs, and react accordingly.
Initially this involved providing large teams of PPI Complaint Handlers to combat the massive influx of PPI complaints, as well as Quality Assessors, Team Leaders and Team Managers. Whilst PPI projects are still in full swing, we have now started to notice a shift in the market in that our clients are requiring fewer new contractors to work in these roles as the influx tapers off.
Instead, attention has turned to the regulation of the projects, with the need for new analysts, operations managers and project support officers increasing, to ensure the efficient and cost effective running of the projects.
Grovelands has reacted by setting up a Specialist Delivery Team to work in conjunction with our PPI Team. They work closely with our clients to gain a strong understanding of their needs, and to find the right candidates, quickly.
By listening to the market we can also pre-empt our clients’ recruitment needs in order to provide recruitment solutions, ready to go when they need them.
As time goes on the PPI projects will begin to slow down. With regulatory reform might come a new focus. We’ll be considering which financial services product might fall under the spotlight of the FCA and media, and looking at how we can tailor our service to meet the needs of the changing market.
