Over the past 5 years Grovelands has gone from strength to strength; expanding the business into new sectors and locations. Our growth has been recognised by Recruiter magazine who have included us in their FAST 50.
This year’s Recruiter FAST 50 has revealed that we have ranked 6th for compound annual growth, and are 1 of only 3 financial service specialists to make it into the top 50.
Grovelands was set up in 2009 – in the midst of the financial crisis. However, our customer-focused approach, combined with the support of our fantastic network, has led us from strength to strength.
Having narrowly missed out on the list last year, we’re delighted that our hard work has paid off, resulting in us being ranked number 6 in 2015.
Despite only being 5 years old, we still compete with the longstanding firms in our industry. Grovelands’ Chairman, Mark Davies, is delighted that we appear in the top ten of this year’s Recruiter FAST 50 and believes our exceptional growth can be attributed to several factors.
Mark says, “Our growth comes from strong expertise in our sectors, building recruiters who are recognised as specialists in their field. We have a professional, experienced and talented team who are committed to long-term client, candidate and associate relationships, exemplified by Grovelands recently winning the Recruiter Award for Best Contractor Care and being finalists in the 2014 Recruitment Business Awards. Flexibility is key to our success – our clients have rapidly changing needs and face challenging deadlines. This means we must be responsive and adapt quickly to the changing objectives and business needs of our clients – our client focus really is second-to-none. Furthermore, we do great work at very competitive prices and our customers value this. Offering a great service at a very competitive price is a simple but effective recipe for sustainable growth.
2014 was a good year for Grovelands. We believe 2015 and 2016 will be even better. We have ambitious growth plans and intend to develop our service, our clients and our candidate and associate pool across the UK. To make sure we achieve this we will continue to invest in our systems and processes, and most importantly our people.”
