This Easter, Grovelands gave the Easter Bunny a run for his money by delivering a whopping 750 chocolate eggs all over the UK! Needless to say, our associates and contacts were very happy bunnies!
At Grovelands we pride ourselves on being as personable as possible as we believe that’s one of the factors that sets us aside from our competitors.
So as Easter drew near we decided each one of our associates and contacts should receive a chocolate gift from the Grovelands Easter Bunny – all 750 of them!
Collating a list of names was step one of my task; this had to include all our current associates, any client contacts and everyone in between. The list grew day by day and the next task was allocating names to each client and then to each location.
All in all we ended up with 750 eggs going out to 35 locations across England and Scotland, ranging from a single egg delivery to a massive 263 bulk supply.
A company called Chomp, who specialise in personalised corporate confectionery, was chosen to take on our Easter order. After much deliberation a gold foiled, cellophane wrapped egg, tied with a bespoke Grovelands tag and green ribbon was chosen as the final product.
As part of the order (and luckily for us) they sent the majority of the chocolate straight to our larger client sites, however a mere 163 went direct to our Brighton office which were then repackaged for smaller, more local deliveries in London and the South East.
So, with help from several other Grovelanders, the final 24 boxes were taken to our local Post Office, which inevitably included some huffing and puffing from queuing customers whilst our boxes were being marked up.
A few days later all members of the Relationship Management team were hand delivering eggs to our larger clients on site, which went down a treat as the numerous thank you notes and emails – and these photos – will testify!
